"No Falling Aikido" Classes
Although falling is no required in any of our regular classes these special "No Falls Aikido" classes are of value to any and all aikido students - beginners through advanced. The entire class is conducted without falls and concentrates on aikido centering, posture and breathing as well as partner blending, controlling and neutralizing techniques.
Again, members may also enjoy any of our regular aikido classes without the need to take any falls. If desired, introductions to basic falling methods are done safely, comfortably and at each individual's personal pace.

To sign up or for more info: Click here or call the dojo at 973 599 9300.

New! Beginners Aikido Basics Classes

It is open to all current, past and future new members.
These classes are led by a wide range of ACNJ staff instructors.

Classes are held on Fridays at 5:30-6:45 pm and 7-8 pm at the East Hanover dojo. Beginners may attend either or both whenever they wish - and, of course, all of our regular aikido classes at all of our dojos as well.
