Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!

2007 Helping Hands Seminar a Great Success!
(Our next Helping Hands Benefit Seminar
is scheduled for April 5, 2008 and will benefit
Homeless Solutions)
Our first ACNJ Helping Hands Benefit
Seminar on Saturday, June 23, 2007 was a wonderful success. It was a
quite a full day of training, fun and food - and all for a good
cause and a great excuse to get together. It was an impressive
turnout and so far we've raised close to $2500.00 for the
Joseph E. Enright Foundation. Thanks to all of
you who were able to participate and for your generous donations.
Thanks to all the senior ACNJ yudansha instructors who led the day's
classes - Don, David, Lawrence, Brian, Paul, Scott, Robert, John,
Tim, Jeff, Ginny and Mary Kay. It was especially gratifying for me
to be able to see and participate in all of your great classes. What
a great celebration of the talent and variety we have within ACNJ.
Great job!
Thanks also to all the pot luck providers. Great stuff and variety
for all palettes. No one went home hungry or thirsty that's for
sure!
Special thanks to Michael Schneider for all the "pr" work he
contributed with press releases, in contacting newspapers, radio and
TV stations*. His professionalism went a long way to benefit both
the dojo and the Enright Foundation. Thanks Mike!
I'll join you in looking forward to having the same great time - for
another worthy charity - at our next Helping Hands seminar.
Thank you all for everything.
