Our Aikido and Karate Programs have a dedicated beautiful room right in the Sparta P.A.L. just to the left as you enter the main lobby.
Classes for children, teens and adults.
Originally in Newton for 10 years, we been in its present location at the Sparta P.A.L. since 2012. It's a welcoming, open dojo located right inside the Sparta P.A.L. with plenty of open free parking right in front.

Fun, Interactive Self Defense Training
