Aikido
Aikido techniques blend with an attack and redirect the attack into projection throws and, if necessary, into come-a-longs and pins.
Techniques are based on principles of blending and redirection and can be performed by anyone regardless of age, size, gender or athletic ability.
Karate
Techniques practiced include punches, kicks and blocks using solitary drills and traditional forms (kata).
Our traditional Okinawan Isshinryu Karate also incorporates various traditional Okinawan weapons into our training.
